Our new mini-theater setup just blows me away. We were building a new home and our builder highly recommended Suess over all others. I was hesitant because I'd never been there before. I've always been comfortable doing my own installation, but I went to Suess because I thought this one might be over my head. Lol, it definitely was/is. I worked directly with George, who was just a fantastic guy and you could tell he loves demonstrating the products. It's what I needed. I'm a hands-on person, so him taking time to walk me through the products sold me, before I even bought anything. Eventually, I asked him to provide me 3 quotes: Good, Better, and Best. George was very transparent of the differences among them and answered all questions timely. The result? We absolutely love our system. And we have one remote that controls the whole thing (even the lights), so my wife will be happy once I teach her the remote. My two teenage boys figured it out in no time and even at 60% volume, the walls are shaking upstairs. That's not a bad thing for an action movie; it's awesome.

Hate to be that guy, but here we go... I called to gain info on Suess audio repair service. Women answered; I asked if I could speak to someone in repair, but rather than transfer me to the proper dept., she began to ask me a ton of questions about the device. When I couldn't accurately provide her with what she needed, I wondered if I could bring the machine in to be examined? With arrogance in her voice, she became annoyed and said "hold" and abruptly transferred me to a guy named "Bob." When explaining to Bob my displeasure about the woman who transferred me to him, he paused (completely ignoring my concern) and asked how he could help me...wow! Well, for starters, Bob, first impressions count. At least pretend you care about acquiring new customers and that excellent customer service matters in a highly competitive market. I will be giving my present and future business to someone else. Considering Covid has been bad enough, there's no need to sabotage your company even further.

Good afternoon, Kevin. We apologize if you had a negative experience with us on the phone. Our staff asks specific questions to determine if your item is a brand and product we can repair. We service most brands we sell, but many other brands don't design their products to be serviceable. We also want to ensure it is worth the customer's time to bring an item in before they make the trip. For example, we wouldn't want someone to drive two hours only to find the repair cost is more than they are willing to spend. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like our staff was able to obtain the necessary information to make that determination before you hung up. We wish you luck finding assistance with your repair needs.
