  My family and I lost power in a portion of our home. I called multiple electricians and finally came upon Summit Power System. Terry was great when I initially spoke with him and he showed up the same day (Monday). He was unable to get the job done and asked to come back the following day, he got tied up on a job (Tuesday) and asked if Wednesday would work. That wasn’t an issue from my side. Wednesday came and I called at 1:15 to make sure our 4:00 appointment was a “go”, got his voicemail, and left a message (also sent a text to follow up my voicemail). No reply and he didn’t show... Thursday I reached out again, multiple times... no reply. Friday, same thing... reach out and no reply. I’d be fine if he told me that he was too busy or the job I had wasn’t “big” enough. But, to leave my family and I hanging without power in a portion of our home and not replying/ following through is unacceptable. Still haven’t heard from Terry.
