I have used Sunderland Electric several times in the past several years. Dan and his staff installed a generator and several electrical fixtures in my home. Sunderland Electric also completely rewired on of my investment properties. The job was done well, on time and under budget. I highly recommend this company for any electrical services you may need.

They installed an alarm in the apt building that I live in. It goes off every day all day. Wish they could fix it but apparently can’t. It’s embarrassing when family and friends visit, painful to your ears as you wait for the elevator. One day I saw they had sent a repair man to come and take a look and I asked him if he was going to be able to fix it and he replied “We can’t figure it out I guess it’s haunted.” 210 Farmington Ave. Hartford

Sorry for your inconvenience. We have never installed an alarm for an Emily Sunderland. So I am guessing you are not an owner or property manager but live in a building with an alarm we may have installed? It is possible that this is a system we do not currently monitor or service. Or it could be possible we have not been notified of the issue. If you reach out to us directly and let us know what address you are having the issue we can take a look if we service the system or possibly direct you on who to contact. Typically you would reach out to your property manager if there is an alarm issue.
