  My grandparents have used this company for 7 years and had their Generac installed. She has called several times that she needed someone to come out to service her Generac. The owner said if he couldn't get someone out then he would come out himself. They never showed that day or called her to tell them that they were not coming out. I would never reccomend this business to anyone since they can not keep their word on appointments. She has since called out another company to come out and service her Generac and their service tech came right out!
