Honest and professional!!! I cannot speak highly enough about this company. I had initially called another election out to do a diagnostic evaluation for issues I was having. I was told at that time that everything seemed fine and that I may need to upgrade my panel within a couple of years. No more than 2 weeks later my panel was sparking and sizzling. Nick and Porter came out and uncovered some major issues. They were able to install a panel that same day!!! I am a single parent who is apprehensive about finding honest contractors and I don't have the liberty of missing a lot of work to iron out issues. They took a very stressful and somewhat hazzardous situation and alleviated it for me, I didn't miss a beat!! I couldn't imagine ever doing business with another electrician as long as this company is around. From their scheduler to their service professionals, they provide quality and professionalism, and are the only call you need to make!!!

Very, very expensive. I got a quote to replace a bathroom exhaust fan for $1000. I got another licensed electrician to do the work for $300. I expect a bit of a difference between companies costs but a $700 difference for a job that takes an hour is far to excessive. I'm left feeling like I threw $89 of my hard earned money out the window to receive a ridiculous quote. I'm giving two stars because they actually showed up on time and were professional which is a miracle this day and age but, if you're watching how you spend your money think twice before spending almost $100 on a quote.

The value that our company brings to the table is absolutely different from the services that were provided to you for $300. Our value doesn’t just stop with the quote or the fan installation, it goes way past that from our tech’s training, background checks, drug screening, to our warranties. When you do a project with us, we have warranties that cover the lifetime of the installation depending on the project down to the materials that we use and to being very accessible when you call our company. We do our very best as a small business to always pick up the phone and respond to any voicemails as soon as possible. We wear shoe covers and uniforms, we have professional vehicles, and we train our professionals to be focused on customer service. And all of this is part of the quality and part of us being able to respond quickly to all of your electrical needs. To provide this level of services and warranties, there is a cost associated with that. We stand behind our pricing and believe it’s absolutely fair for all parties involved. It sounds like you may have found an electrician that focuses on being cheap, and that is fine but that is not where our focus lies. We will always give a superior effort, and going the 2nd mile to being top-notch quality to our customers is our culture here. This company is extremely expensive. I paid $89 just for someone to come out to speak with me and nothing was diagnosed. To diagnose the problem would have cost another $400 and that didn't include what it would cost to repair any problem found. Needless to say nothing was done because I was not prepared to pay nor forewarned the diagnoses was $400 all by itself. The tech was super nice and friendly and took his time explaining various issues that could have caused my outlets to stop working but again, nothing was diagnosed to find out due to the $400 cost to do so. Someone else posted this very same issue 4 months ago and luckily they said they only had to pay $30 or $40, unfortunate for me, I am out of $89 for a conversation we could have had over the phone. I really don't like having to give any company a bad review and the only reason I felt to do so today because it was very disappointing and not in my budget to give away $89 just for someone to drive here to not even look at one electrical socket unless I paid $400.

Hello Sherrie, We are sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with our services, as that is always our goal. It was explained to this customer over the phone at the time of scheduling that the reservation fee is just to be placed on our schedule, and then once the tech is on-site they would be able to provide a quote for any of the work or diagnostics that needed to be performed. The customer was also informed that the fee would be 100% credited to any of the work or diagnostics that needed to be performed. As this customer was having issues with more than one room in her house, this diagnostic was necessary to provide a resolution for the issue. We are not able to provide a quote over the phone for this, as it would not be accurate because we have to be able to see what issue the customer is having. Our goal is to keep all of our customers informed, and we strive for a superior customer experience with the highest quality standards in our industry. We are always upfront and honest about all repairs and set the best expectations for each and every project. We always invite any customers that are not 100% satisfied with our services to reach out to us by calling our office. Unfortunately, this customer never reached out to us directly with her concerns.
