  Dylan has been to my home twice now and has been so thorough and very patient in explaining what he did and why. I actually made a special request for him to be the technician to come out when I had the second issue. The office staff is great too. So professional.

  Dillon arrived on time and ready to get to work!!! He was down to earth 🌎 & professional the entire time. He explained the process step by step & even told me about how he got into the trade. He provided me with information on possible upgrades if in the future I wanted them. I wish there were more individuals like Dillon in the trade & world 🌍.   Randy with Superior Service is great! I am a first-time home owner and my 90 year old house needed a ton of TLC with the electricity. I was overwhelmed at first with the amount of work that the house needed and am happy I chose Superior Service. Randy is always prompt, solves the problems, and communicates everything to me clearly.
