These guys are amazing! In the middle of a terrible winter storm, their technician immediately came out even though they were flooded with similar calls to evaluate our heating issue. The communication throughout the entire process was great and everyone involved was thorough and knowledgeable. These folks are very professional and I highly recommend them!

The customer service is dreadful. As the heat picked up in the Midsouth, I called to have my AC serviced. I was advised that the call volume was very high and that they would not be able to get to me that day, but were 99% sure she could add me on the next day. I called the next day to get a time frame and she was working on the schedule. The customer service person said that she would call me back. Instead of a call, I received a text that stated they would not be able to make the service call to my address due to complications and being 2 techs short. I called back and couldn't even get an estimate as to when they could schedule service. I got excuse after excuse. This company lacks integrity in their customer service. I am sure they do great work if they actually show up to your residence or business. I would expect a company of their reputation to at least provide clarity on when they can provide services. The search continues for a HVAC technician......

Please note that we tried very diligently to work with Danny. We did, in fact, call him back and we did try to help. His unit was not installed by us and his installers were not available to provide followup service so he reached out to us. Sadly, he lives outside our normal service area so getting there was already going to be a challenge in light of our late July summer workload. We’re also understaffed as most small businesses are right now (we’ve had a help-wanted posting on our website all of this year). In summary, we’re sorry it didn’t work out to help Danny. We did try to assist even though he is not even in our service area.
