Technicians Shawn and Jake installed our new Rheem hot water heater and did an excellent job. They were experienced, courteous and professional. Our equipment is working well. Superior also services our AC and we are extremely pleased with our technician Jonathan.

Really appreciate Layne and Anita.  They took time to thoroughly explain the process of diagnosis and repair.  Time is of the essence with our properties that we rent out, and they completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.  We're looking forward to growing our relationship with Superior Services.

Chris Hanks was my technician, and I can't recommend him or Superior Services enough! Chris was super thorough and informative with my HVAC issue and kept me "in the know" with everything that he was seeing, as well as any recommendations that he might have. Can't beat same day service either!

We had Superior Services come out and clean our ducts and air vents to help with mine and my daughters allergies. David R and Josh V did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional and had extreme attention detail. When they were all done they went over the work and what they found for us - was amazing how much they were able to clean out of the vents that our home builder left behind after constructing our home. Would highly recommend them both again!

Superior replaced our heat pump and duct work.  Friendly and capable team.  They provided an estimate one day then came the next two days to do the work.  Very professional with exceptional quality.  Great value for the price.  They cleaned up so you’d never know they had been here.  We use them to service all three of our heat pumps.

I'm a new customer of Superior Services.  I had the pleasure of having Superior Services Tech, Chris Ball, out today to perform my first 6 month service call.  Chris was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and patient while answering all my questions. Chris called to tell me when he would be arriving and his arrival time was within the 2 hour time slot of my scheduled appointment. As this was my first time having the units serviced, I felt Chris went above and beyond to ensure that he had answered all my questions. My service call today exceeded my expectations.

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!

I had them come out on a service call for an issue with my HVAC system in the beginning of January. The tech did come out and after his inspection, let me know that the remedy would cost about $700 and that he would promptly send me a quote.

After 2-3 days of not receiving the quote I called the office to ask for an update. The person that answered informed me that they could see a quote had been started but not completed by the tech and that they would get back with me by the end of the day.

For the next 3 weeks, I called them 4 more times and they gave me the same exact response, however, no one called back and no quote was ever given. On my 6th call I finally told them to either give me a quote or I’m going to use another company. The following day I get a call that they would have to now send their “sales manager” to come do another inspection.

I agreed, the guy comes and does his inspection in under 10 minutes, and again promises to send me a quote. Two days later…… no quote.

Here is the best part….. they charged me $99 for a service charge. At this point I was done with these guys, I called one last time, to a rude lady on the other end who claimed that they had emailed me the quote. Frustrated beyond limits, I asked her how much the quote was for, she goes around $4,000….. I just hung up.

I called these people 6-7 times, their employees dropped the ball several times, they gave me 2 vastly different quotes, wasted MY TIME, and then had the audacity to charge my card on file for absolutely no service rendered.

A huge THANK YOU to Derek, David & Joshua for their thorough work in cleaning our ducts, properly sealing our vents after painting them, installing new 4" HEPA filters, and spraying mold inhibitor. After having mold remediation completed, this helps us breathe easier (literally and figuratively) knowing our home environment is now healthy. We appreciate you loving on our dogs, too!

Superior did a fantastic job on our semi-annual routine maintenance.  Chris, the technician was clean, thorough, and professional.  I am not in the habit of giving recommendations, but I give Superior Services my highest recommendation.

This place is very deceptive! Called for an AC repair in June. They qoute me $148 to come repair. The system was fixed and the technician told me he would also clear my AC drain. I told him to clear not realizing that this was going to cost and extra $148. Had he disclosed this I would have declined. Then for whatever reason they waited 4 months to bill me. By then I forgot who this charge was for and disputed with my bank. I then get a bill in the mail from superior services for the amount due for $297. Since I remembered who the charge was from I called to pay over the phone. The lady says it will be $297 and takes my card info. I checked my account later on and discovered a charge for $312 on my account. I call back to complain and they then say it was $297 plus a $15 late fee. I asked to speak to a manger and she took my info and said someone would call back. Haven't heard from anyone. Not only did they not disclose the late charge to me over the phone but why would you charge me a late fee when you were 4 months late in charging me. Very dishonest and deceitful company. If you have an AC issue I would advise you to look elsewhere

Hi Keith, I am so disappointed you feel this way about Superior Services! Looking over the notes on your account I can see that you called us for an emergency afterhours call, we promptly came out and serviced your AC unit to get you operational again in the heat of summer. YES! The drain lines were a part of the problem and could have caused water to leak on your ceiling if not cleared, you Made a Superior Choice by approving the repair.

If you remember, the next day when we tried to charge your credit card, unfortunately it was declined. We tried to get an updated card but were unsuccessful for a couple of months. I then instructed my team to try and charge again in September which went through. Unfortunately, you put a stop charge on the card and my bank reversed it charging us the $15 service fee.

I totally understand there may be confusion several months after your emergency service. As part of training, we take extensive notes, and all calls are recorded to confirm what is said to our clients. If you want to give me a call at the office, I am happy to refund the $15 in good faith, Dave Miller – Owner.
