  I called and talked to them on the phone and they seemed professional promising to come by at a specific time on a specific date. I texted and called multiple times after that but they never returned my texts or calls and never came to do the repairs or power washing promised. Disrespectful and unprofessional to just ignore customers.

  There was never a promise to repair of pressure wash anything. I told you we were busy and I would contact you when we was free, to look at your project and provide an estimate. If you recall, I informed you that we do not pressure wash vinyl siding, because it will damage the siding. Absolutely no reason for a negative review. Suppose some people expect immediate results and we stay 2 months out.
