  Surge put the wiring in on my glass patio. They did a great job but put in the wrong plug for my heat/air unit, all they had to do was look at the unit to tell it was the wrong receiver. I'm having issues getting them to come back and fix the problem. I have called twice and will be calling again today to try and get the problem fixed. No results as of yet, I'm wondering if it's because the bill has been paid in full.
