  Had a great experience today during an Energy Audit! Both men were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They educated us on how to keep our electric bill in check while keeping our home warm! The office personnel are great too! Thank you Surry Yadkin! We appreciate you!

  Update. The guys at Surry Yadkin Electric came out to see if there was any issues that would be a cause for my high energy usage. Thank you all for giving some great tips and advice about my home and just explaining how my solar panel operates best. Recently purchased a new home and I also recently purchased Solar Panels. It has been more than 5 months since my Solar Panels were installed and Surry Yadkin Electric is still overcharging. They took over 3 months to have an inspector do an inspection. They intentionally delayed power to my solar panels . I recently had to call customer service about my bill. They service was terrible and she was rude. She didn't even hep. May need to start looking into reporting this company.

  These people are thieves! Charging more the next month for us. We are from the north and like the cold and leave our heat at 62 when we are home and turn it off at night, and also turn it off when we leave the house during the day. We did not spend Thanksgiving at the house and were gone for many days during the month for obligations. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT MY BILL WOULD BE HIGHER THIS MONTH. I hope this place gets shut down, as this is a total monopoly! I am updating to say that they did send two people here to take a look at everything. They let me watch their entire process and found nothing wrong. No cold spots, nothing drawing extra power, etc. When they advised it could be my microwave, I showed them I have an efficiency microwave that shuts off completely when not in use. So, while the gentlemen were very kind, the company as a whole is up to some shady business.
