  Brandon and his team at Switch Electric are absolutely amazing! Customer service and knowledge about what about needs/wants were met and exceeded what we expected. They went over all processes of our newly installed main breaker system and back up generator plug. They were very focused on operating the system safely! Thank you Switch Electric for the outstanding service! We would use and recommend their service no doubt about it!

  These people are life savers OMG!!! I just had my place brought up to code by another company, and didn't realize until they left that my thermostat was still "off" as if without power. By the time I noticed, that electric company who worked on my new house left and was closed for the day. I was freaking out as I get cold easily, and needed heat asap to wash up and be comfortable in my new home. I figured they had to have forgotten turn something on, but I had no idea what since I'm clueless about electrical stuff and this is my very first house. Well, I started calling begging electricians to come help but all were busy except this place. However Switch Electric went further, they figured it was something simple too so they walked me over the phone to repair my problem asap rather than wait hours for a tech to come out. Amazing customer service and they are on call 24/7 too!!! Switch Electric got my HEAT back ON!!! OMG thank yall so so much!

  They did an awesome job. They arrived on early for the appointment and started asking about the job I expected. Everything was explained to me including things I didn't even think about. I was very happy that all of the options were laid out for me. I was given options and I am so glad I hired them to do this job. They were very professional and completed the work in about 2 hours. They cleaned up after and I couldn't be more happy. I will definitely be calling them if I need any more work. I highly recommend Switch Electric.
