  They made the first bid. Above and above helpful and kind. He did some troubleshooting on a ceiling fan and was able to solve the problem right away. Pulled my wife off my back in 5 minutes after years of attempting to do it myself!!

  He arrived on time, completed the necessary work while advising what he was doing, and left advising that everything was now in working order and ready for the drying out contractor. There was a problem with the gas heating control, which he overcame in order to get the heating on, and he completed all the necessary works within 2 hours and left advising that everything was now in working order and ready for the drying out contractor. Exceptional work.

  He was able to come out fast to us to handle concerns, and he installed the light pull right away. He also examined the kitchen issue and ordered a new part to resolve the problem, then returned to install it and explain what had happened. I would not hesitate to suggest him.
