  I have used TS Electric for three different house calls. Each time they showed up on time and completed the job efficiently. Their field staff listen to your requests and make sure to go over the work with you before leaving.

  No call no show!! I called them on December 21, 2017 and they called me back saying that they were very busy, if they couldn't make it out that day that they would be out first thing the following morning. Today is December 27, 2017 and I still have not heard or seen them. I believe that it was a very simple job, look at my hot water tank and see if it could be repaired. How do you run a business when you refuse to do your job, if I were to try something like that I'd be fired.

  David , My tech did call you on 12/21/2017 and told you that we were not able to change your hot water tank and that we were going to have your Home Warranty Service re-sign it because we were booked.This company Pivotal Home Solutions which you subscribe to was called by my secretary and told to resign your claim # 2016432 to someone else that could get there sooner.You need to call Pivotal Home Solutions and see that we did call them and they dropped the ball NOT MY COMPANY. All you had to do was call my office and this would have been taken care of instead of writing this review on Google. It is your home warranty company not mine and I took the time to call them this morning and found out that THEY forgot to re-sign it .So they are doing that as of today, 12/28/2017. I run a very reputable company that services our customers very well and all it would have taken was a phone call to our office to see that it was your Home Warranty Company that was at fault !
