Needed a new a/c unit. Contacted 3 companies. One company said it would be several days before someone could get out to give me an estimate (I was currently their customer). Another company set an appt and didn't show up or call. Marvin Toulson was recommended to me by a good friend who had used him. I called him and he returned my call within minutes, and came out that same afternoon to give me an estimate the following morning. He is a Carrier dealer but can offer Trane as well. I only waited 3 days for the installation, which was completed in less than 3 hours. Responds quickly, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain details.
