  Super happy to have TAB Electric come out on Wednesday, 12/22 to install my Electric Vehicle ChargePoint station. I was in a rush to get this thing installed before the end of the year because of the federal tax credit available to EV owners. Shout out to the office staff and Tom for being so responsive and accommodating. The electricians, Humberto and Jason were great to talk with and they answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. They worked fast and were very professional and friendly. They also replaced two hallway lamp sconces that I've needed to get done and Jason did a perfect job removing the very old sconces and not peeling/tearing paint away and making a mess. I bought two new sconces that were almost identical in size and I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do a lot of paint touchup around the area. So thanks guys! I'm super happy with the job that you did. Happy Holidays!

  I called and set up an appointment for a light to be hung and let them know it is a 20 foot ceiling. They did not come prepared with a ladder to get to the light. I let them know I have a ladder to get them there, Eric came up started moving the ladder and said oh I have a bad back and shoulder, so I moved the ladder in and set it up. Then Eric comes in and said they can’t use my ladder and they have to bring a 3 man team to hang the light so the cost will have to go up. The problem is they knew it was a 20 foot ceiling when they were coming out so they should of been prepared, and then they saw my house and wanted to charge more to hang the light. I called them in the first place because they are a small independent shop that is local, stick with a bigger shop for your electrical needs. Even if it is just hanging a light.

  Hi again Scott this is Tom Braeger the owner of TAB ELECTRIC i just respond to your response to your one-star review on yelp and will now respond to Google on the one-star review. Now i do agree as i mentioned on the yelp that we did show up unprepared and that is bad on us no excuse showing up unprepared but, in our notes, it was mentioned we need to bring a A frame ladder and if not, customer has a 18" ladder but we should have brought an extension ladder due to the Chandier being very close to the stairwell. One thing i noticed on this review that it says light was supposed to be hung the notes said this was a troubleshooting call and when Eric evaluated the situation with you, he said this will take a few hours and we will need to reschedule to Due to when the customer installed the chandelier the wire got pinched and the chandelier would need to be taken down which would take more than an hour troubleshooting call and that when you asked him to leave the jobsite and immediately went online to give out one star reviews in closing thank you for the sending a picture of the chandelier to our google my business pictures of the Chandelier and your ladder so the public can evaluate on what did happen and how long the job would of take to take down Chandelier fir the short in wire and reinstall Chandier it would have taken more than a hour.

  I saw Tab Electric ad on TV and on the same day saw their truck at a home on my street. I called them to provide a quote on adding can lights in the kitchen, adding pendant lights over the island and adding switches. They answered right away, set up an appointment within the next couple of days. Eric arrived on time, friendly, knowledgeable. Provided a quote by the next morning. I called to schedule appt - was able to come out within a week. Arrived yesterday on time with friendly, professional crew. Crew got started. Covered everything in plastic. Eric stopped over during the project and stayed until project was complete. All came out great, they cleaned everything up. We are very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend - Thank you TAB - we are ready for Thanksgiving !!
