Talcott electrical was responsive and had good customer service. They completed the job I had inquired for and even accommodated me on the price. However my complaint and the reason I wouldn't give a 5 star review was the price for the amount of work. Altogether it was 3 hours of work with 2 guys and the cost was just too steep. They also left behind a bit of a mess after a rush to get to the next job site. A 5 star review would be earned if the cost per hour was more reasonable.

I had an emergency in one of my rentals and Nick was the only company out of 8 that actually answered the phone when I called. I am happy he did, he is courteous. professional and even got me scheduled in the same day. I will be using them from now on. I highly recommend this company!
