  I am sooooo thankful for these wonderful people. From the lady that answered the phone to the guys that came out and fixed the problem I had, this company is A-1 in my book.   Electrician himself was fantastic. It would have been nice, being residential call-out, if the office had advised I didn't need a full electrician for some of what I'd been needing. And the office badly misquoted the time it would take to install a light. The electrician was very annoyed to find out the office had stated no problem to a one hour install of a track light. That job took close to two hours, particularly due to a switch leg setup, which I had advised up front for my need. The job cost twice what I had expected to pay based on the office statement and part could have been done with a general contractor rather than an electrician. But, the electrician was great and had fantastic customer service.
