I had a technician come out to service my gas fireplace. I received a text and email prior to his arrival. He arrived, mask on, and began the service. He asked a few questions about the fireplace, let me review the service charge, then proceeded to servicing the unit. The service took about 45mins to an hour. He even replaced the batteries in the remote control. When he was finished, he checked his work, tested the Unit and accepted payment. Job well done!

I had a gas fireplace that had stopped working. I called one company who told me I needed a whole new fireplace. Their charge for their estimate was over $300. A second company came out and told me that it could be fixed, but I needed two new parts. Their estimate was free, but he had me order one part from Amazon which cost more than $150. Taylor Gas's tech came, worked on it for about an hour, and got it working!! Thank you, Christopher Florez! And it was only $164. I highly recommend them.

A technician from Taylor Gas arrived on schedule and notification was provided ahead of time for the arrival. The service involved getting my fireplace cleaned and prepared for use this winter. The technician was professional and personable. He is a great representative for the company. A very nice job ! Thank you.
