  Needed my mom’s generator repaired in Pearland, Texas. They were the only company that took my call and showed up promptly to repair the battery and tested the entire system just before today’s ice storm. Thank you for keeping my mom safe in this time of peril. She is on oxygen and needs power to remain on contiguiously.

  I called four times. Finally received a call back and was told they were busy, but would get back with me to give estimate. Still no call 6 weeks later. Guess my whole house rewire isn't a big enough job.

  They don't do generator backfeed plugs. Don't return calls either
