  We have used John owner of Tesuque Electric & Solar for the last 10 years at our home in Eldorado. He consulted and oversaw the installation of the PV system we installed. When we built our home he was available to finalize the electrical system. He has always been available for us for the additions and modifications that we have wanted to do over the years including, fluorescent ballast replacement, dedicated circuits including conduit runs for my woodworking shop, ceiling fan installation, additional lighting, he designed and built the electrical system for my in ground spa. He is an easy person to work with be it a simple project or something where we needed to draw upon his vast experience. We recommend Tesuque Electric & Solar for your project!

  I've been a neighbor and skiing partner with John O'Connor for a number of years. Just recently I needed an electrician and John not only did what he does for everyone: return phone calls, show up when he says he will, etc., he also checked out all of the details and uncovered all that was needed to splice the power lines (and even the phone line) to my wife's studio. Then he did the job very thoroughly and conscientiously, such that I will never have to think about these lines ever again!. He spent the better part of a day half-in and half-out of a ditch! But better yet, John doesn't like to leave any loose ends…. So he tightened up all of the connections in my main electrical circuit breaker panel. This is actually important! And most people don't realize just how important it is. Over time, initially tight connections can loosen; perhaps the copper flows a bit (squeezed by tight steel connectors) but the connections can loosen and need to be checked periodically to ensure they stay tight!   We have hired Tesuque Electric and Solar for a few jobs. They all have turned out perfect with no complications. When he was finished, the complimentary maintenance check up found a few outlets with loose wires and a loose wire in our service panel! Could have been very serious. Thank you John!
