  My experience with this company has been phenomenal! Courtney Salinas gave us a quote that we could not resist. She is very personable and her customer service skills are exceptional. Having that relationship with an agent makes a world of difference when it comes to insurance and we could not be happier. I highly recommend reaching out to her!

  I had a horrible experience with Noe Delacruz. He is so unprofessional and has such poor customer service he hung up on me when he got frustrated because he did not know how to answer the questions I was asking. Do not use this company if you want reliable service after you’ve been in an accident.

  This past year we bit the bullet & made the transition from USAA (company we had been with for years) to Texas Farm Bureau. While unsure how it would initially go in terms of cost & service, we nonetheless knew we wanted to begin utilizing local companies more often to continue with supporting small businesses. Courtney has been nothing short of phenomenal when it comes to professionalism, customer service, communication, & remains extremely personable. Shortly after switching insurance companies, it made us wonder why we waited so long! Insurance is never really high on our enjoyable responsibilities but Courtney really has made it a positive experience that we look forward to many more years of. If you are researching companies or in the market to possibly save (which she successfully did for us) then I'd implore you to at the very least give Ms. Salinas an opportunity to provide you with a consultation, can assure you that you'll be just as pleased as we have been shortly after meeting her vibrant personality
