  Initially, this company seemed like a good choice as they came out to my home and provided a reasonable estimate for 11 lights and a vented, electric fan installed in my bathroom. The job began in early May 2021 and wasn't finished until late July 2021. The workmanship and work ethic of their young employee in particular was shoddy. He spent more time on his social media than doing his job. After complaints to the owner Allen Conradi, new (more experienced) electricians were brought in that fixed the problems created by the young employee. The experienced electricians were professional and got the job done. As somebody who is used to people having integrity and pride in workmanship having spent 30+ years in the military, I was shocked at their failure to meet basic customer needs (Re: being on time, cleaning up at the end of the day, etc.). Yes, Allen had all the "right responses" on taking care of the issues personally but that didn't happen. He often said he'd be there in person to fix the issues, then failed to show and it was his more experienced folks that cleaned up the mess. The older workers were solid. After 3+ months of poor communications and haphazard efforts, I was pleased to see them leave my home for good. I paid them the $4700 to have the 11 lights, bathroom fan and a new interior service panel installed. Bottom Line: I would NOT recommend Thalamus for any residential electrical needs. Maybe they do a better job for commercial clients but when it comes to residential customer service, quality workmanship and integrity my advice is to look elsewhere. John Paul

  I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted immediately to get something set up. The technician changed out my fixture efficiently and I was charged exactly as quoted. I have other fixtures I would like to change and I will definitely use this company again.

  Had real issue with them being on time for an appointment, but when I called and spoke with Christy she owned the mistake and didn't make excuses. I really appreciate she didn't pass the buck or make it sound like it was my problem and they had to many customers to worry about my business. Also, the crew that eventually showed up to service me were super cool. I appreciate people not sugar coating so if I'm going to leave comment I want people to read the good and bad. Everyone makes mistakes but everyone won't own it. I would recommend these guys.
