After having another company out over 7 times I decided it was time to throw in the towel and get quotes for a new furnace. John the owner came out and quoted 3 options for my home. BUT WHAT GOT MY ATTENTION AND MY BUSINESS was when he asked me if I had space heaters for my home since my heat was completely out! I already had a good feeling about using his company but that sealed the deal. It is not even the best part!! I asked if his company could look at my unit and give me his opinion on whether or not HE thought it could be fixed. His tech Andy spent well over an hour diagnosing my issue and was back the next day to fix it!! My $10K new furnace was now just a $900 heater kit replacement!! GOD BLESS THIS COMPANY!! This single momma is so thankful!!

I was initially impressed by the high quality professionals working at The Air Guys when I had a gas range installed several months ago. But, my customer experience was elevated even higher following an electrical fire in my unit during the wee hours of a cold Saturday morning. The technician arrived early that morning and he was thorough in his assessment - honest about the replacement parts and the condition of my unit. He did not push a new unit, but in the end, it did make the most sense. I have already seen a savings on my gas bills with the unit that was recommended and installed! I'm impressed by this company's professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. It is obvious that everyone from the owners to the front line technicians take pride in their work!

We just had second unit replaced by The Air Guys. Very pleased with the whole team at The Air Guys! They did a great job from quotes, install, and keeping us updated when unit would arrive. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would highly recommend them for your hvac needs!
