  We just built a shop/garage and needed service installed. First company came out and quoted us as if the building was needing commercial service, when this is just my hobby shop. Alpha&Omega came out, listened to what I wanted, then offered great advice on what I needed. Basically reducing what I was asking to not have me overspend on features I really didn't need. Then advised on the lighting, which gave me better lighting at a price that was way less. His quote was by far more realistic than the first quote. The job took only 2 days to complete, I ended up with way more than I could have asked, with very nice, top quality work. His workers were on time, and very friendly and professional. Could not be more happy with the end result.

  The electrician said he would be out to our home at 5:00 pm on a Friday. That afternoon he called and cancelled and stated that he had an emergency and he wouldn't be able to make it. I called the office and left a message for the owner complaining that we have an issue with our electrical that caused fire to come out and short notice does us no good right now as we probably won't be able to get service until the next week or for double the price on the weekend and we have fire concerns. He said that he was sorry but he could do nothing and that we could call one of the other many electricians in the area and hung up on me. If I could leave no stars I would, but unfortunately you have to leave at least one.
