The electrical connection INC was recommended by a few friends , Shawn responded quickly & came to check it out, was very knowledgeable & got everything fixed, explained the issues to me... very professional & reasonably priced... will definitely use this company as needed in the future & I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend the electrical connection! I called Shawn because my electric had been going in and out during the day and then it was gone. He came in and was very efficient, took care of the issue promptly and told me he would be available if any other problems. The price was reasonable and my problem was taken care of so quickly.

BEWEAR. FYI Indiana electricians don’t have to be licensed. The guy they sent me admittedly had NO licensed. He did a shotty job and bled all over my door. Looking into a licensed electrician to fix their job. Only gave them two stars because they did run electricity and hooked up a spot light that does work. After looking at the work went done I don’t have much confidence it was done properly and my house won’t burn down. Learn from my stupidity, do your homework.

We apologize that your experience was not as you expected. FYI there is not a license available in this area of Indiana, so none of the electricians you hire from this area will have a license as they do not exist. It sounds as the the serviceman did install the light and as you said it works. Your home is not in danger of burning or any other such thing from someone hanging a light, however incorrectly as your breakers in the panel will protect the circuit, which as you mentioned is working. We are heavily insured and do work at many homes and business in the area, with many customers that use us over and again. We do appreciate the feedback and are always working to do better and provide good service.
