This Home Depot will rip you off! I bought some shelving today that was mark $169, they made me pay $199 for each of three that I bought. I showed them the sticker with the matching barcode with the items I bought and they still made me pay over marked price. This is absolutely wrong and $90 was stolen from me today, if I could give them less than one star I would. What’s worse is they called “MOD” and still couldn’t make it right.  The customer is now always wrong and management is either bull or tough on the phone.  See pictures for proof. Shop across the street at Atwoods, they will do you better.

Customer service was outstanding!  The cashier Dawn spent additional time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.  She found the toolbox I wanted, validated that it was still in a box and orchestrated getting it loaded within minutes.   She’s phenomenal and puts the customer first.  A wonderful experience!

Drove there because it is closest to our home in OK..usually visit another store elsewhere
We were shocked at the service. Instead of ignoring us  the staff people asked if they could help us find something & directed us to item & even helped us with saw blade size s..we bought a ceiling fan( which we had not planned to buy & other items) great staff
& Clean store!!

Now that they offer a military discount i will be going there more often. At least until i reach the $400 in discounts limit.

Great experience, found what I was looking for quickly and was assisted promptly and professionally, as usual Home Depot for the Win......

We visit this store quite often. We love being able to order online and pick up in store, even for large items. They are usually prepared quickly too. The only improvement here would be for the curbside to have longer hours.The shipping to the store for pickup is done quickly and a few items we have have shipped to the home also arrived in a timely manner.  Also, being able to see if something is in stock online or on the app is a huge time saver as well as knowing exactly what aisle and bay the product is in. The store also offers free Wi-Fi we use to look up things on the app or research online for information. When we do need help, it may take a little bit to to find someone, but we have found some very knowledgeable people in the painting and plumbing departments that helped us select the products we needed to make repairs. The garden center is also nicely stocked and we always stop by to check out the plants they currently have in stock.  We also really like the convenience of returning items in store too, they can track your purchases by the credit card and a receipt typically is not needed for the return. The return policy is pretty generous too. Being able to look over previous purchases online and in store helps you to keep track of your spending and if you need to find a similar item again. Overall, I suggest having an online account and the app. It makes using the store much easier and helps you have an easy experience if you are in a hurry to pick up things and return home, as we usually are when we visit Home Depot.

Great place , have alot more things to sell than you would think and clean store very organized

Not enough employees to help customs, hiring people that know nothing to help customers, especially in garden and plumbing.

Looking to purchase a new washer and dryer set. What happened to the day when you could just go pick one up at the home depot? Very limited stock. Might have washer but not matching dryer. Delivery free however earliest would be at least 3 weeks out. Not the sales persons fault. I'd rate her assistance a 5 ⭐. Very knowledgeable and not her fault there is no stock available. However if there's a floor model and when availability is checked and no dryer available for who knows when. Wouldn't you want to at least make a sale?

Young man helped us getting our table and chairs and everyone was helpful.  We love the chairs and table!!
