  Service is here, but you really have to look for it on the floor, or even have it paged and wait 10 minutes or so. The prices are not as competitive as some of their competitors. The emptier parking lot speaks to this. It used to be packed in the mornings. It's okay to go to, but I recommend checking the prices of their competitors first.

  I spoke with Adriana today from lawn and garden on the phone because we are doing some yard work and having difficult with chainsaws. We had to bring back our Echo yesterday that we bought Monday night due to some difficulties with it last night and the service desk was very friendly. We got our money back and wanted to think about which chainsaw we wanted to replace it with. We decided we wanted the same one, so I called Adriana and she was super helpful and looked everywhere for it, and unfortunately they were out of stock. I ended up ordering online which was also easy and convenient. Through the whole experience from the girl at the service desk Monday night (who sold us the initial chainsaw) to Adriana today, everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Thank y’all so much!

  I was refused a price match guarantee by one of the managers of this store 03/16/22. "Mike" refused to even look into helping me and even stated that Home Depot does NOT participate in price matching even after providing him information from home depots Website that clearly stated differently. I believe that I was somehow profiled and that "Mike" had already made up his mind that he wasn't going to help me before he even spoke to me. I went to the customer service desk and specifically asked to speak to another manager other than "Mike" and another manager sent "Mike". My interaction should have been handled alot differently than the way it was and employees with Mike's mindset should not have managers titles if they aren't going to set a good example. I will be shopping elsewhere from here on and I don't recommend this store.
