Thank you Jenna! Today I received phenomenal service from Jenna while looking for new plants for my home.  She was patient and professional and helped me to decide on a great choice.  I'll definitely be back.

Every employee I saw asked if I needed help finding anything. I did need help. So when the 2nd employee came along and we couldn’t find what I needed, he wouldn’t give up. Before I left the store I had the exact item I went for, that they found in a box on a “no home” shelf by it’s skew. Not only that, they brought it to self checkout  and bagged it for me, as well. That is above and beyond, home depot team! Thank you all so very much!

My experience at Home Deport in Albany was not favorable.  They were out of material we were looking for by that can be expected. However we tried to get assistance from three employees( the third one was helpful) only the third one came to see what we needed and told us where we could find the product.

Typically, I get everything that I need at Home Depot but I only wished that they had a better intercoms systems like Lowes has..IJS gotta find customer services for assistance most of the time!

Home Depot has turned into a money hungry terrible company. I bought a new dishwasher for my home and paid for installation the company uses a third party service for this type of work they showed up and said that they couldn’t do the installation and left within 2 minutes. They brought no tools and looked like they had no intention on setting it up. I called for a help and was left on hold for 2 hours then called back to get to a manager from corporate resolutions number 51100 to tell me they can’t get someone else out to my house for another 3 weeks that’s 3 weeks of a dishwasher sitting in the box smack dab in the middle of my kitchen? I asked for a refund and they told me they do not do refunds on dishwashers? Home depote has become a real shady company I will advise my friends and family to only deal with lowes from now on. It’s actually  upsetting to see because I really use to like going to this store.
