We got a bum tree twice. Not Home depots fault. Unfortunately the lights and remote were faulty. After the second tree and calling the manufacturer I called here and Mark in the lawn department was super helpful and opened up another box and put it together to make sure it worked right for me before I drove all the way back in. He followed up with me twice also. I really appreciated him doing it as he could have just given me my money back and done a return but he made sure we got the tree we wanted ( i know, I know...even though it sucked the first 2 times it was so pretty).

Mostly good, but their main problem is stocking the shelves properly. A lot of important things are sold out and the shelves remain empty for those items for months. Also the selection isn't that good. You have to go to Longview for better at Lowe's or even the Home Depot there. Why they don't do better is a mystery. Maybe they don't think they have to.

I wish this had been a good experience but it was awful. I saw two lifelike, Home Accent reindeer that I wanted for my yard. They were $99 each. I heard they had them in stock 3 days earlier but, I didn't see any boxes so I asked if I could buy the display. I was told by the manager, Arthur, that it was against policy to sell the display if there were no other items in stock. He told me that I could go to the website and have one shipped to my home or to the local store. I scanned in the model number, went home and tried to do what Arthur recommended but only one of the deer even showed up as a result. I called the store back and, again, spoke with Arthur. I told him I thought it was bad business to turn someone away who was willing to pay $200 on the spot for a display item when ordering was not an option. He reiterated that they wanted other customers to be able to see the reindeer. I asked, "why? So they can't buy it either?" It makes no sense to me and I'm done with Home Depot. I won't even go into the skeleton I tried to buy.
