This Home Depot was clean the employees were friendly and helpful the shelves are stocked with great this is a good good Home Depot will I go back of course

Try the Home Depot on 751 E Spring St instead; you may get better service. They don't do Curbside Pickup (forget what the website and store app says). Checked-in when in Curbside parking spot; called store's phone after a long wait and no one came out. No one answered. Finally decided to walk-in to pickup order at customer service desk. Five employees; one was helping customers while the other four were just hanging out. So I waited in line as the employee that was the only one working at least was polite and acknowledged me as he was busy helping another customer. Icing on the cake was another employee pushing a cart and almost colliding into me as if I was invisible to her (she seemed upset). Any doubt about the service at this store was answered when the manager almost bump into me as he walked by (if I hadn't gotten out of the way he would have). My only other regret beside placing a curbside pick up at this store location was not getting the name of the employee that actually helped me so I can send a compliment and let corporate office know. Perhaps this employee could turn this store around if offered an opportunity in a management position. But until then ... unless you know what you're buying, which aisle to find it yourself, and use the self-checkout line and pay with a card, try the other Home Depot a few miles down on 751 E Spring St. Their curbside pickup wait may be slow, but at least they show up. Overall shopping experience seems better too (if not perfect) if I recall my last visit there correctly.

TRUST THE REVIEWS! They WILL mess up your order. I ordered something for our remodel, and it shopped in 3 separate boxes. I was warned they will call me when only 1 arrived, and to make sure all 3 arrive. 3 weeks later they called when only 1 arrived. 2 days later the app said everything arrived so I called. I explained to them why I wanted them to be POSITIVE all 3 pieces were there. I sat on hold for 15 minutes while they "went to the back and confirmed all 3 pieces are here". They even mentioned what each piece was to confirm. I showed up 3 days later, they can't find the 3rd piece that's the most important. They told me I can wait 3 days while they escalate to the manufacturer, but no idea what they'll say after their "investigation". My other option is to cancel and order again, waiting 3-4 weeks for delivery. My contractor was supposed to finish our bathroom remodel tomorrow. Now we will have to go another 3-4 weeks without our shower (only one in our house) and pay the contractor to come out again in a few weeks IF the parts ever show up. At the end the Mgr said she could ask the company that makes the products for a discount...once it arrives. So now we've had to pay 2x the price (have to wait for processing to get refund), we will have to wait almost 2 months, and they'll "ask" for some discount, even though Home Depot is clearly the one who lost it. Trying to find an alternative so we can cancel everything, but our remodel literally was built out based on the measurements of this, so unless we want to remodel all the newly remodeled stuff, we are SOL and have to just hope Home Depot doesn't screw up again.
