  Would like to see more employees helping instead of wondering around .... Literally had a guy ask me if I worked there cause I couldn't get helped n got what I was needing myself instead of continuing to wait around... Plenty people just none offering help... Just saying... Also paid 22.00 for 17ft. Of door stop trim.....use to 40-50 cents a ft. Due to small size n generally made from scrap. Getting harder n harder to support the high costs to go there....humble opinion an thanks for asking...I was irritated but would not have followed up if you didn't solicit the response.

  Ordered 13 vinyl windows for new construction project. Two windows were discovered to be cracked. Andrew and JT were very responsive in having the windows picked up and replaced the next business day. I want to thank them and the rest of the staff for their commitment to great customer service.

  My boyfriend and I used the Tool Rental service the other day and it was terrible customer service all the way around. Between Mel being a smarta** starting first thing that morning, from us having the exchange the machine we rented because it was leaking (NOT related to our doings) while continuing to be extremely rude AGAIN.. This time it was an older man; a man who had an issue helping me get the machine to and from my car (I’m small and it was heavy). He just huffed and puffed.. then pawned it off on yet another non-friendly employee. I then got a manager who was nice and agreed with me but I’m not sure if anything was said or not because when we returned the device, they were complete a**holes, and my boyfriend and I had enough by then and words were said. Mel was gone by then but the older man still had a problem and was making a huge deal over a tip that was in the instructions BY THEM to remove before returning. Needless to say, be careful while trying to rent from this location. The absolute rude customer service was completely unnecessary. Pure ignorance.
