  Pretty Big Super Store. Has more choices compared to other North East Ohio area stores. Staff are super friendly and eager to help. Lots of energetic younger staff as well.

  It’s one of the best Home Depot near Cleveland area. Store has so many variety items like Amazon. On the other hand, unfortunately I experienced one of the most laziest cashier what so ever. She has an attitude, lazy, and didn’t want to do her job. She didn’t even put my staffs in bags, because I have some many things. Really? Management, please don’t hire this type of lazy people. It really effects customers, so the the store review.

  I like home depot lumber area, self serve,today a fellow working in lumber wasted no time on helping me get some lumber.Good thing the 5x4x8 's were on 2nd shelf and needed a ladder to get there,Being an amputee,I would have been screwed.He pushed my cart up front and I finished getting something else.Paid for it, I loaded in my van alone,only till I was done someone offered to help. Why is it that when your in more prominent neighborhood,the people there are cold and uncaring. I could understand if in a bad area,dunno who's going to give you trouble.
