We purchased a brand new house and needed a lot done to it to make it livable and comfortable (things like blinds, appliances, plumbing upgrades, etc.). This location has not disappointed us. In fact, there was an issue with an online order that I placed for delivery and the online folks were unable to resolve it. When I went to the store, the manager on duty was able to resolve my issue and provided great customer service.

Home depot is a great hardware and lumber store. They keep so many things in stock that other stores only have online.
I was hunting for bed risers and went to 2 other stores before finding them here.
The staff is helpful and they know their store and stock.

All the employees were super pleasant. I did a return that went smooth as butter. Then the self check out was giving me a fit. The attendant was with someone else.  So another employee walked over got me checked out and again was very pleasant. At a time where every grocery store and retail outlet seems to think, customer service is a waste of time and energy. Today Home Depot showed me that Quality employees are the difference.

I purchased a live christmas tree this year only to have it completely dry out within 3 days after putting it up. I immediately put it in water after I put it in the tree stand and 3 days later the limbs literally started snapping  off. I called the customer service manager to ask if I could received a refund and was told I would have to bring the entire tree back in. When I bought the the tree they wrapped it in the plastic mesh so it was easy to put in my vehicle but there was no way I could fit it to return it and that it would cause a complete mess inside my vehicle. I explained this to the customer service manager and offered to take a picture of the tree and that I could also bring in a bag of the pieces that were snapping off but he still insisted that I would have to bring in the entire tree for a refund. I have been a loyal customer since the day the store opened and feel that this was totally horrible customer service.

I contacted Home Depot to put up my Christmas lights. The guy they sent out was very helpful but didn't usually put up Christmas lights. I was charged an average cost but told later it didn't include taking them down.

Greeley HD.  The manager Alysa was great.  Rheem hw heater in warrantee but not repairable by Rheem.  She listen to all that I had to say and was very accommodating.. Strong experience today..

Love this store. However, little hard to find help. People all over the store , but not always easy to find stuff.. plus their plants are beautiful...but dying.. give them away if too many to take care of.  Great store though & the people.

Ordered kitchen cabinets on September 24 2021 at time of purchase was told 16-17 weeks maybe longer,  cabinet supplier called on first of December (10 Weeks)  and said they would be delivered Dec 24 (13 weeks)   I asked if they could be held back to the 16-17 week time frame as first promised and was told  February 3 2022. Cabinets are now 11 days late and no one knows where they are.   Home Depot doesn't seem to care,  they got their money and the cabinet folks told me it is out of their hands as it is on a truck

Lotta stuff, big box store. But,,,,, don't depend on or expect a "friendly hardware man" that knows anything about there products, especially the service desk. You can get more knowledgeable info about "hardware" off Amazon.

We made an appointment to get our floors measured to get carpet laid. I'm very upset that I have tried to reschedule our appointment for two days now, with no help! I've called multiple times looking to let them know that I need to reschedule due because everyone in my household being sick. I've been told I'd be called back, it would be reschedule, they werent sure if it could be rescheduled, the flooring specialists have already left for the night.... very very upsetting.

Another store that can't get the inventory right. 3rd time I have ordered online because this store says it has multiple in stock. Wait 6 hours from order to get a call we don't have any available and don't know when we can get it. So frustrating wasting time and they don't care or even try to resolve it.

I would have given a 5 star review, but they had no plants outside.  I mean NONE.   Other than that, everything was just fine.

Great place in Greeley for pretty much everything you'll need for you're home. Helpful and knowledgeable staff if you can find the right people. Always nice and courteous staff. They're outgoing if you know what you need.

As far as I know everything still looks the same so it says there decent with work ethic and it's a hardware store so he's going to be dust but it's very minimal and the staff is always friendly, relatable, and helpful of course

The Home Depot usually has what we need for a project and they have a decent selection to choose from for most items.

Unfortunately, if you are having trouble finding something or need any help while shopping, that is when you run into trouble. You literally have to walk all over the store trying to find someone who works there to help you and usually when you do find someone, they are trying to assist several customers already so you end up having to wait a while before they can help you. Then a lot of times the response is that they don't have an answer for you or don't know where an item is because they don't work in that department and they say they will have an associate that covers that department come talk to you which leads to more waiting. The employees are usually polite, the store is just understaffed and the employees seem to be overwhelmed.

On our most recent visit we needed to have a piece of wood cut and after locating what we wanted and spending another 15 minutes trying to find someone to help us we were told that the guy that worked in the lumber area had 2 other people to help and then they'd send him over to us. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes to have a piece of wood cut. Then we had to wait about another 10 minutes in line to pay because there were not a lot of registers open and there was a bottleneck of people trying to check out, so something that should have taken maybe 15 minutes tops took us about an hour and 15 minutes to accomplish.

Adding more employees so we could get the help we need when shopping would change our middle of the road 3 star rating to 5 stars.

You can find everything for the small project to a big project if needs help they always have answers for your questions and for help on Spanish they have people that speaks Spanish on the pro desk.

We like the employees! They are helpful and knowledgeable. Most all the products made in China have had low quality issues however.

This store needs new management - I went to buy a 4x8' sheet of foam insulation but I needed it cut in half to fit in my car. You need to use a razor knife because a saw will chew up the foam. The management supplies the employees with knives that only come out about an 8th of an inch so it's like giving safety scissors to kindergartners. The employees were doing their best to help but there is only so much you can do without proper tools. Needless to say, it was a total hassle getting this simple task done and the edges of the cut were mangled. Bring your own tools (razor knife, tape measure, etc..) if you need something done right and you have to go to this store.

Always have had good luck here. Clean store and helpful people.

We went in yesterday and it was a very pleasant experience. The employee was very kind and patience with us even though we asked for her to do a lot of things. We would like to thank Sahira for helping us with purchasing a refrigerator, set up a credit card , and apply discounts without any issue. We would recommend this place if you need any supplies.

Wood is occasionally straight.  Decent selection of irrigation and plumbing supplies.

Sales men were great! Found the item I was looking for, moved it, sold it.

Need to 9ffer more small appliances in November and December.  Make it your one stop shopping for Christmas and every need.

Management at store in Greeley does absolutely zero with workmanship comp claims. They could care less about employees.

It was actually really great. I've had not so great experiences in the past at other Home Depots, but this one had some accommodating employees who went out of their way to get some saws they had in backstock and then took the time to explain the differences she quality etc of the saws we were wanting.... Then subsequently pointing us in the right direction for other parts we would more than likely need. Very nice lady at the checkout as well on the way out. This location is a tad out of my way but I think it may be worth driving the extra miles to revisit this Home Depot 👍

Tool rental team is very unhelpful. And slow. The representative was literally staring at me while i was waiting to be helped and i find that very rude. Do not come here!!! Workers do not help

Well I spend alot of money here mostly because they have milwaukee tools but they always have everything I need for a home project

They have some nice folks, but they also have some rude folks.  Sometime, Lowes doesn’t have what I need, but most of the time I avoid Home Depot.

Home Depot’s appliance install is a complete joke. We bought thousands of dollars worth of appliances that were supposed to be DELIVERED AND INSTALLED on June 1st. We had our refrigerator and dishwasher installed but had problems with our washer and dryer. Our dishwasher doesn’t even work. Our washer and dryer were finally installed today after they “accidentally” cancelled our previous appointment to come install (June 8th) and after they came out ANOTHER few days after the “cancelled” appointment(June 12) and told us our dryer was broken. We had to wait til today (June 22) for the crew to bring new units and install. We were told on June 12 after the last crew showed up and did NOTHING that they would have someone out to look at our dishwasher today as well since it didn’t work since install. Well guess what? Our ticket apparently fell through the cracks again and no one is coming out to help us until next Monday the 28th. We bought and paid in full in May, it should not have taken an entire month to get our stuff installed when the delivery/install date was supposed to be June 1st. They have messed up at every single corner and have not even made the slightest effort to rectify the situation. I will never be purchasing appliance installs from Home Depot again and I will advise everyone I know to look for help elsewhere.

Bought a Honda gas mower after taxes it was 420.00 so not a cheap one. I was told anything happens in the next 3 months bring it back. At 34 days it starting cutting out and not staying running. Took it back and I was told it was over 30 days so they would not do ANYTHING for me was not even trying to get a refund a swap or fix would have been great. Store manager told me to take it to the tool rental shop, I thought ok they are at least going to fix it and NOPE!!! wanted me to pay 30.00 to check it in and probably another 200.00 to fix it. Then I was told to send it back to Honda well....that's 175.00 to ship it because it HAD gas in it. Will never shop there again and I have a substantial credit line. I gathered 15 friends that are going to go buy gas mowers at that store and take them all back at 29days. Please don't tell me how sorry you are in your generic response  or want me to call a number. I already did all that and spoke to the store manager who sent me to tool rental.

Ordered my appliances in store today including fridge, washer and dryer. Nick, a kitchen design associate, was super helpful in the busy appliance section and helped us from start to finish. I was in earlier this month and told to come back for the July 4th sale for better pricing. Due to COVID and stock issues, the pricing on two of our items was actually worse, but Nick was kind enough to express our dilemma to the Asst Manager Stacey and they honored the previous pricing. Very grateful for the customer service I received! Thank you!

Mike in electrical took the time to not only get me the right replacement part for a ceiling fan, but also took the broken part out. Very incredible customer service.

We chose to have our carpet installed through home depot and immediately we noticed several problems. First the doors were not put back fully on the hinges. Second there was carpet glue on some of the other carpet outside of the room they installed the new carpet in. Then we noticed there was a jewelry box open with nothing taken thankfully. Finally we noticed a few days later an appliance was missing from its normal storage area. We searched for it for hours with no luck. If it shows up at some point we will change the review but we were still very unsatisfied with the job.

They had exactly what we needed and it was in the exact spot it was supposed to be.  We did self check out and everything went smoothly. A few customers were not wearing masks even though the loud speaker and signs posted said it was mandatory.

We ordered 100 sheets of drywall. It was to be delivered on 6-25. We didn't get the order. When we called them, they said we didn't order it. After a while they found it and said it was delivered to the Greeley store. We started to ask for more information then they hang-up on us. We called the Greeley store and they said that they didn't have it. We had a crew waiting to work we then had to let them go. Never got an explanation for the mix-up. Not a good experience.

My mother just went to this home depot and was interested in the flooring installation and the employee was passive aggressive and insisted she have to put $50 down for the estimate and my mother was under the impression it was free estimate because she had them do her flooring a couple years ago. I think when dealing with the older individuals it is important to take a breath and calmly explain that we no longer instead of being aggressive. I used to love Homme Depot but lately its gone downhill.

I find everything in his department or every other following department that would hold what I'm actually looking for from middle class price range to the full cost of paying up to the amount.

I recently purchased a John Deere riding lawn mower from the Home Depot here in Greeley, CO.  The whole experience has been terrible.  Having never owned one before, I wanted advice about which model was best for me.  First, it took about 35 minutes before anyone offered to help me.  Then, finally after 3 ASSociates, and 2 hours later we made a selection and I SCHEDULED a delivery, well, they never showed after the window they gave me was 6am to 8pm, ridiculous.  I called at 7:30 to see what was up, no answer.  Called back today, and two phone calls later, am informed that they sold the one I bought to someone else and they have NO IDEA when a replacement will be ready for me.  So frustrating.  This will be my last purchase from Home Depot, I will be supporting Lowe’s from no on.

Obstacles on almost every aisle.  Stocking items just left in the aisle.  Kids working don't really have a clue on items requested.  Good point is store was clean and bathrooms too

Was misinformed.  Thought we purchased water heater and installation, was told they would be here today, installers never came. Appointment never scheduled.   Due to confusion with home depot I canceled installation and home depot lost $1000.00.

Jason in doors and windows really, really needs to embark on a new career path. Customer facing technical work such a ordering labor, materials, and explaining processes is far beyond his wheelhouse. Its would be a service to the community of greeley if he was placed in the back stocking shelves, sweeping, or moving old pallets.

Nice everyone was friendly , fast check. Only one thing. Make sure all pricing is up to date...wasted time, with the tomato cages all priced wrong. So unfair

The garden manager Travis  at the Greeley store went above and beyond to get me what I came into the store to purchase.

Went into Homd Depot today for water heater and installation.   The young man, Eli helped with all our questions and applying for credit.   He really knew his stuff.   Thank you Eli

Seriously best attendant award goes to DAVE in appliances. He works with washer and dryers and I needed to install my own, this man not only went out of his way to explain things step by step he showed me the exact model I had at home and he took it apart, the electrical component of the dryer, and showed me how to install the wires to the back. So helpful, just genuinely an excellent attendant with impeccable customer service!!!!!!

I personally enjoy not being helped (or bothered) unless I seek assistance.  Thankfully this is exactly how this experience went:  got my old Behr paint can shaken at the paint desk, found my roller and paint scraper, found the specialty bulb quickly (brought the old one to compare), asked the hardware guy about tool chests, and got one under $150, as planned.  Lady at self-service checkout asked if we needed assistance loading the tool box, but we got it taken care of.  Love that THD honors military discount and they're conveniently located to my home (about the same distance as Lowe's but THD keeps my business with their friendly, knowledgeable staff).

This is the absolute WORST Home Depot I have ever been in. I walked around in the paint section for 15 minutes needing help. There was one lady working.  I walked up to a (prissy) male for help since he was standing there staring at tags. I asked if I could get his help since the lady is extremely busy....he replied (very, very snarky) with "Well so am I". Will never spend my money at Home Depot in Greeley again. I will be filing a complaint with their HR Department regarding this employee

We needed an extra long curtain rod. Home depot had a bunch of options at a reasonable price. We planned on going to another store to buy curtains and ended up finding some great deals on curtains as well!

So much better than Lowes.We live closer to Lowes but we will never go back simply because customer service is horrible horrible!! So glad I got the chance to rate this  place.

I hate self check out and that's all they offer... If I wanted to work their I'd apply .. get a cashier!

Bought a fridge in September. They didn't have any we wanted in stock so we settled for something they did. When it came it had a huge crack in it. We were told it'd be replaced before Christmas, then before February, then in February, then multiple times in March. When they finally came to get the fridge in April, they didn't even have the replacement. After speaking with countless customer service reps and managers, all they could do was refund us the money. What a waste of time! Will not be buying future appliances from here.

Caryn knows doors! She was kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, not pushy, helpful, and efficient. I came in, went to the door section of the store, she found me, inquiring of how she could assist me, I relayed to her what I was looking for, and she found the exact screen door I was looking for! She also clued me in on an instructional video for installation ease. The whole store experience was maybe 15 minutes, but every bit enjoyable.

I go here to get my Behr Dynasty paint. My favorite paint. Staff is helpful.

I love The Home Depot. I always know there will be someone available to help me find something or give me good suggestions. The employees in  customer service are always helpful and friendly as well. My experience as a customer makes me want to drive the extra distance past Lowe's to get to Home Depot.

Terrible customer service. Lazy workers are to lazy to help you out, they rather sit in groups and talk. I recommend going to lowes 100% better customer service.

Went to rent a piece of equipment and the staff was very friendly and kind even though I was obviously frustrated by the flooding of my home. I definitely will go back if I need to rent something again. Thanks for making something easier on this difficult day.

Simply put, they are the best place for home DIY projects.  Been stopping in there for almost 25 years.  They have found a nice sweet spot of folks that can help you.  For a while, you couldn't find a person, but now they have a good number of folks to assist.  Great prices, great selection.

The website says you have something in stock, we go, try to find it, ask 5 different people who send you up and down the store. FINALLY find ONE PERSON who knows where it is, but you cannot get it because it's on a high shelf. We've gone back multiple times, Hoping home Depot can redeem themselves, but it's a waste of time.

This place is amazing I am a contractor and I always need stuff quickly and convenient. There is a girl that works in the receiving department and also in the paint department she is amazing her name is Casey Duarte. I definitely want to give her kudos for all the hard work she does she's a rockstar

I liked it the only reason why it doesn't have five stars from me is because the last few times I've been there I haven been able to find anyone to help me find things. As far as staff go. Everything else is amazing though

Called early in the morning to see if they had a truck to rent today and if I could reserve it.  They said they had a truck, but they don’t do reservations.  It’s on a first come first serve basis.  We got there and they told my husband there was a hold on both trucks in the parking lot.  When I called them on what they told me they said there was a mistake in relaying the info to me properly and I asked about reservations not holds?!?!?!  I may just have to start checking  out Lowe’s and the services they offer.

I needed a panel to cover window with window air conditioner. Price was reasonable. Good customer service. Very clean store. Very organized.

Asked for help with getting more of a particular item that I needed and it took them 30 minutes to get it. I even watched them walk by the isle I was waiting at for the item I needed. What should have been a 30 minute trip for things was over an hour by the time I paid for my items.

Found electrical connectors I was looking for. Garden area employees were no help while I stood by pile of landscape lumber, looking for assistance. I just needed to ask a question to help me decide which type of lumber was best suited for my project. They had red and green timbers. I was also wanting to get help to load my vehicle. Two employees saw me then went in another direction. Only other employee was the cashier, and she was busy. So I left and came back approx. 15 min. later. Same employees were walking through the area and I tried to catch up to them, but they opened a chain link gate into an employee only area, and locked the gate behind them. One looked directly at me, and I waited another 10 min. by landscape lumber I wanted. I gave up and left with an empty trailer. Ended up finding the lumber at Lowe's a few days later.

Store was very clean and nicely stocked, there wasn't a wait for a register operated by a human, which I appreciate.

Very hard place to acquire assistance from anyone.

Usually has everything I need.  Staff could be a little more knowledgeable about their products to steer people in the right direction for what they are looking for.  Came in looking for window flashing tape and was directed to window gaskets.  Not the same thing.  At least I was able to find what I actually needed on the same isle.  Just had to hunt it down myself.

I went looking for 🐜 granules and a door knob for an industrial door. Found the ant granules, then went in search of the door knob. I needed help but couldn't find anybody. Finally, when I found an employee to help I was told there was nothing she could do and walked away. Found another employee to help and was told they don't sell what I needed. Headed to Ace Hardware now.

Today was fantastic!  Lisa at customer service went above and beyond to help me fill my order.  Originally I wanted to utilize the purchase from home then pick it up option but the computer wasn't communicating correctly with the store and told me some of the items would be shipped even though they were stocked at the store, so I went to customer service and talked with Lisa whom promptly suggested we go to that section and gather those items together.  She was quick, efficient and very pleasant to work with.  Thank you Lisa for your excellent customer service today it was greatly appreciated!

Went there to replace my blinds in my living room. The ones I picked were broke. Returned them, (same day, same customer service lady), everyone through-out the store was more occupied with gossip then helping. Captured the replacement blinds checked them, then was charged for them again. Receipt in hand (same customer service lady) Really wanted to charge me again. The blinds were cheaper than the original ones as I decided to take off inches. I discovered  when I reached home, the receipt did not reflect the sale. In fact she did not return them and re-issue me another receipt she handed me the same receipt. So, to get the refund from the difference is another issue as bringing the new, (now, the second blind), back to scan and issue my new receipt. And refund. Overall, genuine feeling. They need an upgrade on service and understanding to the customer

They seem to have alot but never what you need. Went in for a simple key to be made and no dice. No blank in stock. Big box stores big box service.no thanks

I have ordered a GE appliance set through Home Depot back on 11/2018. My local store has continued to push my delivery date back every three weeks since then. We are now approaching six months out. I keep getting the run around on this. This store has provided marginal assistance. The managers give a disinterested "I'll look into it," and continue to have the "order specialist look into it," who then provides no answers, doesn't fix the problem, has offered no reparations. I have received no calls/apologies/notifications/etc from GE either. My initial order explained the microwave was on back order. Now they are saying the refrigerator is on back order. No one will give me a clear, coherent answer and everyone just says, "It's been rescheduled."  I cannot move forward with my other kitchen projects until these are in. Furthermore, I keep planning to be available for the delivery date and then they never come in. Home Depot has "assured" me three weeks ago there were "10" units being transported at that time. Of course, I just received a call today that they were being rescheduled...AGAIN! It would have been more reasonable for someone to investigate the matter and ultimately tell me "it will be two months," instead of this recursive rescheduling responses that are patent lies. I have been polite and patient with them for these last five months and no one will spend more than five minutes to solve my problem, after spending thousands at their store. I would highly recommend not ordering from this store.

I drove to Home Depot to pick up an item that their website shows having 2 in stock. Of course when I get there, the items cant be found. After 20 minutes of waiting for 2 employees to search the store, the assistant manager tells me the items are on one of 100 palets, waiting to be unloaded- and he has no idea when that will happen.  The employees who searched for me provided great customer service - the manager not so much.  He should have offered to order the item and have it shipped to me at no charge.  They lost a sale, and a customer!

I looked up what aisle and bay my items were in before I went. Easy least! Right where they were supposed to be. Also picked up an online order. That, too, was a smooth process. In and out in 15 minutes!

I got here as they were closing and they let me  return a tiller, making an extra effort when they didn’t have to because I  was headed out of town and wouldn’t be able to return it on time otherwise. One employee Z let me in after talking to her manager for me. The assistant manager, Jason was super helpful and kind in helping me return it!

Very helpful young man to assist me. His name is Marcus Martinez.  He asked me if I needed help when I was looking at the items. I didnt have to ask or find someone  for this. Nice experience.  Greeley Colorado store.

They had what we needed. Associates were helpful and friendly.

A few days ago we stopped by and bought more lumber than we planned. I was having issue stacking it on top of the bike rack on my car. The Assistant  Manager Adam stopped by to help. instead of passing it off to one of his employees, he took the time to help. We came back yesterday, and again we where really impressed with the customer service we received from all of the employees that helped us.

Love the place.  I've always found the employees to be helpful and patient. Never had a problem returning or exchanging anything. Recently bought a front door that had a little scratch on it and got a discount. Our local store was really busy today while I was buying interior doors for my bathroom.
