Helpful pleasant staff!  We were greeted by smiling faces and a Good Morning greeting from the moment we stepped in the door. Jim in plumbing was friendly, efficient and helped us find all we needed to get our shower base patched. Thank you to All for your friendly, efficient help, for working and keeping your jobs at this Home Depot!.

I use to love going to this store but it has been bad for the last couple of years. I use to go in get what I needed got great service even grabbed a hot dog on the way out. It was great. I don't know what changed, Maybe the pandemic but this place has horrible customer service. The workers are always talking to each other and almost run if you make eye contact with anyone to ask a question. It seems they are there to stock the shelfs and make sure your payment goes through at the register. On to Lowes now!

Ian at Lumberyard helped me at moving nd cutting drywall to fit in my car. He is a great employee and whoever is doing the hiring, training, and managing - is doing a great job. One of the best Home Depot's I've been to.

Like any Home Depot trip, it was great. Always find what I need. Prices are always better than Lowes. Staff is always helpful and friendly. But this time, I came in with my young daughter, who was beside herself when we entered the store because it was a windy day and she has a fear of the wind blowing her away. I had some items to return and went straight to the customer service desk. There were two ladies working the desk, I didn't get their names but were working late afternoon on 12/5. Both of them took the time to acknowledge my daughter and talk to her, offered her some candy, one of them even took her by the hand to show her the christmas tree light display next to the register to talk about the colors and trees to make her feel better while I handled my return. Small thing to do, but something they didn't have to that literally I never would have expected anywhere. Something I very much appreciated. Outstanding service from these two, thank you so much! You both deserve raises and bonuses for what you did!

This rating is for the Kitchen Counters and Backsplash we had installed.  We were happy with the experience we had during the design and purchase phase, the final measurement, and the product itself.  But as far as the install, has we knew Home Depot subcontracts this work out and was using MKD Kitchens for our install which we were fine with.  The installers seemed rushed and had very little attention for detail so then I had to follow behind them to make it look better.  I could go and list out all that was missed but I do not see the point for this.  Our install was a 2 phase project due to back splash install.  They came out to install back splash and found out that one of the sections was cut wrong due to them measuring wrong and not checking the measurements from the original laser measurements.  So then we had to wait for a new piece to come in.  Had a date for this, took time off from work to then get a call later in the morning of the install day that the piece did not come in and had to schedule for another day.  So a day wasted and a vacation day wasted as well.  During this process I found out that MKD was hiring a third party installer which kind of explains a lot.  After all done we have been trying to get in touch with Home Depot but they just keep ghosting us.  We are looking for some kind of compensation for all the headaches and issues we had.  Just beware of using these services that get out sourced and then out sourced again quality control is not there.
