  The store was so clean and organized. We found what we needed right away. We had to ask an elderly gentleman that was working there to unlock a sander for us. I didn’t catch his name, but he was so kind and definitely made us smile. He said he was 80 years old. I wish I knew his name just so I could brag on him! Coming to this store was a great experience!

  The curbside pickup could work better and without the attitude from the lady behind the counter. Maybe there's not enough coffee brewing back there. I don't know, but you'll notice that I'm inside the store and not out at the curb. Some of the employees are great and the checkout registers are much nicer than any other stores that I know of. The selection isn't great in any department outside of Lumber and Building Materials. You're better off at Lowes for paint, lights, plants, lawn tools, tools in general other than rentals, and general weekend warrior type stuff. Home Depot is better for stuff like fans, workbenches, insulation, and wood. But don't count on the employees to know what's in the store or where. You'll need to hunt for things. But that's not really all that different from Lowes.

  Mr. Bobby in Tools Rental provided my mother & I with excellent customer service today! He was quick,friendly and very informative during a busy time with a line full of customers.
