I had to go to Home Depot early in the morning  to get a few things, and took my dog with me. Everyone there was so friendly and helped me to find everything I needed. My dog is shy going new places, and I felt so guilty because I forgot his treats at home to be able to reward him for his bravery of exploring Home Depot with me. When we got to the checkout, Avanell, the sweetest cashier ever, greeted us both, and had a big bag of dog treats. She asked me if it was okay to give him one, and needless to say, he was a very happy boy at the end of our trip. I think he will be tagging along every trip to Home Depot now, and I have a feeling he is going to try and find Avanell every time. :)

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for a few years, so I’ve had my fair share of customer service headaches, but most of the time you will have a good shopping experience here. The majority of their staff are very friendly and helpful! Child and dog friendly store.

I had another great shop at Home Depot. You can apply for a Home Depot Credit Card and get $25 off your first purchase. Easy application. It sure helps with the spring planting snd yard work items. Always friendly, and fast service. Convenient location,great prices. Offering a 12 roll pac of toilet paper for $4.24.Included is a picture I made of my items I purchased.. Everything pictured for a total of $15.

My wife and I decided to try and change Christmas tress.  We Googled it and there was one shown at Home Depot with great reviews.  It was a white flocked one.  When we clicked onto Greer location we spoke with Rick in the garden center who said  there was once left.  He tagged our name on it and took it to the service desk.  We had a bad connection on the phone and it would have been easy to "blow us off" and not really help us.  He was patient professional and did what he said he'd do.  The tree is stunning.  We are very impressed with the team at Home Depot.

A few years ago I switched from Lowes because The staff was so welcoming. I went to returns yesterday around 2:30 walked up to the return desk with my item and stood there for at least five minutes with no one else in line. There was a female about 5.2 overweight short hair standing behind the register the entire time with her head down clearing out her draw. I finally realized that she had placed a sign out stating she was closed and that I needed to go to customer service for any return. So I did. The point is that this employee cost Home Depot  my business because of her attitude or lack there of towards the very people that support her. This is the second time I have seen this attitude the or lack of at this location. The other on was or is an employee younger female employee of color rushes to leave the department for a break leaving no one in the department and passing right by us cost this branch a kitchen set that night.
I will challenge management to hire people that actually have customer service skills before hiring then for a customer service position. Both of them should be taking off the floor.
