My husband and I are building a new home and were having issues finding anything we liked at the places we were told to go visit.  We happened to be out in the area of The Light Palace and just stopped in. No appointment or anything and we were greeted by Joe Pavon once we came in.  let me just say it was by far the best experience and best customer service we have received with any of the retailers we have been working with on all items for our new home. Joe was so accommodating and helped us with each area of our home. He spent well over an hour with us never frustrated with our questions, and never left us for other potential walk in clients.  He has been the main contact for us from beginning to end.  Products arrived timely as promised, even when there were delays with a few items Joe completely kept us in the loop and continuously checked with the factories/manufactures to get us our product prior to needing our items. I highly recommend Joe with The Light Palace.  You will not be disappointed!!!

We went in for something we saw on their website but they were not in stock. However, we did find something similar in style and price in stock.

I was treated with respect and gracefulness even though my credit was less than perfect. Everyone worked very hard to get me into a vehicle that day which they did. I cannot say enough about about about Aaron who was kind and very hard working. The finance department also worked very hard to keep my payments in the range that I requested. I had very little requirements for the car that I wanted and not only did they fill my requests they went over and beyond what I was expecting. I am very happy with my new car and will definitely go back there when I need a new car. I give this dealership a 10 star rating!!!!!

My husband and I ordered our lights for our house on June 12th. We finally received the final light of our order on October 5th. We understand that there is a pandemic going on, but the communication with this company was awful. We had to call weekly to get an update, and we would be directed to someone else who told us they would call us back. We never received calls back. The original salesman we worked with, Brian, was impossible to get a hold of and hasn't helped us since the day we put the order in. Had our builders not required us to use this company, we would not have moved forward with them.

So sorry your experience with us did not meet your and our expectations.  The Covid situation has definitely caused some back order situations but that would have nothing to do with our communication or lack thereof.

They have cool stuff, but don't expect any employees to interact with you. After walking around their showroom for 10 minutes with the only thing being said to us being "excuse me" when we were apparently in the way of an employee putting a fixture togethe . For a place that sells light fixtures in the thousands of dollars, I absolutely expect customer service to match. Save your money, and your time,  there are plenty of other fixture places around town!

Outstanding customer service. I have used them for several remodels & have appreciated their selection. Recently the attachment for the shade to a pendant light failed. I called & talked to Brian. He had me bring the shade in. He showed me how to repair it & provided me with the part & tool to do it. AND he called me the next day to see if I had any problems. I am blown away with this level of service.

Great selection, staff was very knowledgeable & helpful, prices were reasonable. Skip the big box stores, better service & you won't have to pay more!

Went to the store to look for a vanity light. Was helped by a consultant and after picking out the fixture told her I would go home to measure the electrical box to ensure that it would fit and would be right back. After driving home and confirming that it would fit I drove back to the store to purchase the $250 LED light bar. Imagine my surprise as we returned to get the number off the light the clerk asked if I was OK with purchasing the floor model for 10% off or let her order it and it will be here it 2-3 weeks. I said neither and we returned to her desk to check if it was in stock. Surprise, surprise, surprise.....they did not have it in stock. I said it would have been nice to know an hour ago before I drove home and back. They all kind of shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. Needless to say I will not ever do business there again. So I went home, ordered the exact light off Amazon for less money and will have it in 2 days (they said 2-3 weeks). Hmmmm, and they wonder why the local stores are going out of business!

We have taken steps to rectify this problem.   In today's competitive world we strive to provide knowledge and provide visual representation of the product that you may not be able to gain from shopping on line. I'm rather disappointed with the "Service after the sale" from United Electric.  We purchased a ceiling fan and light combination from them, took it home, removed our old ceiling fan and installed the new one.  After installation, I could not get the remote to work.  Not 24 hours after purchase, I called them to discuss my options and I was told I have to call the manufacturer and after that, then they would consider my problem .  The person I talked to didn't even give me options to try.  With my purchase being on Friday, I now have to wait until Monday to talk with the manufacturer
