  The Power Connection has done two major installations for us. They installed a 20 kW whole-house backup generator system, and more recently, completed the electrical installation for a new steel storage barn for my tractor and other outdoor equipment. Both installations were flawless. Their staff is very skilled technically, but more important, they continually expressed concern that our desires for each job were fully met. They went "above and beyond" the call of duty, even so far as replacing one of the exterior light fixtures an the storage barn with one that better fit my wife's artistic tastes. Since the backup generator was installed, we have had zero issues with power failures, an important fact due to my wife's chronic health issues. I would recommend the work of the Power Connection to anyone.

  It is always a wonderful experience when you work with friendly professionals on any project. We just commissioned a Generac 20kW standby generator for our home. From start to finish, The Power Connection folks were simply outstanding! From Wes' detailed survey to work up a proposal last fall to the final minutes of commissioning three days ago by Bruce & Mike with help by Christian, it would be impossible to think of anything that could be improved. The generator, transfer switch and all appears well made and quite functional. But the superlative has to go to the folks we interacted with. Well done, The Power Connection!

  The install tech was nice and helpful. The charges were excessive. $250 for install after spending $5K for a generator and more egregiously, $130 for a battery. It's not even a full size battery. It's about the size of one that goes in a motorcycle. I did this through an electrician and should have asked more questions, so shame on me. Haven't used the Generac yet so will follow up with a review later.
