They supposedly rewired my house. Have had nothing but problems with it. Lights flickering, plugs that don't work, etc. Then a breaker flips and I can't get it to flip back. They came to my home, flipped the breaker "checked the others", said everything was fine, and made me feel stupid. Fast forward a week. Have another electric company come in. HALF OF THE BREAKERS IN THE BRAND NEW BOX WERE LOOSE. New electrician says we were very lucky to have not had a fire. Thee Electric charged me for flipping that breaker and "checking the rest". They refuse to answer my calls. Will be going to court on this. 3500 dollars later and we have to have the house rewired with another brand new box.

I contacted Thee Electric to have a bath vent fan/light combo separated so that I could turn on the light without having the fan run. They will not give you pricing up front, which I guess should have been my first red flag. The electrician, Elliott came out, and it was determined that it would be very labor intensive to run a new switch. He said he could order wireless switches and fix it that way. We also discussed putting a new quieter fan. I was told by him to call the office for a quote on materials. When I did that I was told to buy my own fan because they upcharge and it would be cheaper and they are mostly a standard size, and the wireless switch wouldn't be that much. Wrong! The fan I got was too big so it could not be used without major drywall work. I ended up being stuck with my old fan, but they did get the wireless switch in so I can use the light and fan separately. However, I get my bill in the mail and was charged $351 for materials, no detail, just materials. When I inquired what materials they were I was told that there was over 100$ in wire and that "wire is expensive right now". I asked why did I need that much wire for a wireless switch? Apparently the owner was asked and the message was relayed to me it is what it is, just pay it. Based on a Google search of wireless switches it looks like their "small" upcharge was over 2 times what I could have bought it for, which for a company that quotes scripture on their logo and totes Christian values seems a bit underhanded to me. I did pay it because they did the work, and I gave them two stars instead of one because Elliott was nice and the work I wanted was done and Ruth on the phone told me of a coupon and was kind, but unless you have bottomless pockets I would beware.

Our oven quit working and an appliance company said it was an electrical issue. Cecil with Thee Electric came out and said there was nothing wrong. We decided to pull the oven out of the wall and take it to an appliance repair shop. Turns out there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the oven and it WAS an electrical issue. We almost threw away a $3,000 wall oven that was only 4 years old because of Thee Electric! A different electrician came out and had it fixed in a jiffy (it was just a loose wire in the fuse box). Denny with Thee electric wouldn't wave the fee. The woman on the phone was nice, but this company needs to own it when their employees OBVIOUSLY SCREW UP!
