  A friend of mine from Kalispell recommended Third Element for work the they did on his home. I am working to get an electric service moved to a different location on my land to build a garage and build a new house in the future. I called Ryan late on a Thursday and he came out to look early the next morning to see what they could do to help me. With construction being so busy everywhere I was shocked to get these services within a few weeks let alone the NEXT day! He was super helpful helping me understand the process and how these things work. I will be calling him after the power company does the work they have to and I def won't be calling any other electrician from here on out.

  Called company very easy to speak with, made an appointment the gentleman was very nice did a great job. Then... Got the bill charged us for 4 hours of labor. I understand charging for travel time round trip would be approximately and hour 30 minutes here and 30 minutes back to their shop. Had them move a double light switch over 3.5 feet, and move and electric socket over 3.5 feet. He had to run romex and put a box in the ceiling as not enough romex to move over. Cut a hole in the wall to mount and install a 2 switch outlet. And drill a additional hole to hook up our existing ring doorbell. Sounds like a lot, right? But I was installing pocket doors so the drywall and a cut out was already made un the ceiling for him to do the wiring. I am not disputing the materials as I already had everything except the romax on hand. I am disputing the (4) four hours he said that the job took to do. My spouse and I were both home and the electrician was maybe at the house being very generous (2) two hours. I did dispute the billing to Tanner and he just blew me off. Lesson learned I will have a sign in sheet when a repair person comes into my home and they will have to sign out loging time from now on.

  Worked with the Belgrade/Bozeman business - extremely professional crew :: employees especially Jim are a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend to anyone local.
