  Giving Thomas Edison Electric Inc. the highest recommendation. Exceptional service! The person who took my initial call was professional and thorough and kept me informed as to when I could expect the service. I was able to have a same day visit and the electricians who came out, Ken and Doug, were awesome. They identified the problem right away and fixed it promptly. It is important to me that workers who come into my home are professional yet personable, where I feel comfortable, and these technicians were the best. I know reviews are important for consumers to have the valuable information to make the best choice. I give this review with confidence that this company is quality.

  I suddenly found myself without electricity during troubleshooting an issue with my dishwasher. I am new to this area and picked up the phonebook. I wanted a local electrician and the first one I found was Thomas Edison. I called the 800 number and they answered immediately. They took my information and said someone would call with an appointment. As a new customer, they offered me a $50 discount on the service call, which I appreciated. In less than one minute, I had an appointment with a 2-hour window. As promised, a polite, professional electrician arrived in about an hour. After talking to me and seeing my electric panel, he explained several scenarios and gave me a written estimate. He restored my power quickly and was able to accept payment on a credit card. I highly recommend Thomas Edison.

  We called and someone picked up immediately. We didn't have to leave a message and wait for a return call. Vasyl was the electrician who arrived. He was very nice, efficient, and did the job quickly but not rushed. We feel comfortable with his work since he made sure to check everything thoroughly. We will contact Thomas Edison Electric in the future for any other electrical need.
