If I could give no stars I would. Very unsatisfied especially considering their ratings. They came to the house I’ve been renting for the past year to fix a few things before our landlord finalized selling the house, a day later I plugged my tv in my room and everything on one outlet in the living room surged which had my 65 inch and ps4 plugged in (which has always been plugged in there), after 3 days my ps4 finally turned on but the tv is still blown. When they left they didn’t even realize the bathroom light wasn’t working which was not why they came here to begin with!!! Our landlord is my fiancés mom she has owned the house for over 8+ years and has never had a problem like this. Then to top it off you were saying to the realtor in our basement all we wanted was for you to buy us a new tv, all we wanted out of this was a new tv, that you’ve had customers try and do this before, wish you would’ve kept that same energy you had in the basement with us from the second you walked in the door…. So to hear this has been an issue with other customers too doesn’t surprise me! Very disappointed too at how long it took for you to even communicate with anyone about this issue. Had it been sooner you finally talked to us about this maybe you’d realize sooner it was your fault and not a coincidence. Literally a day later after you performed services on the house there’s a power surge… yeah, sure a coincidence! Best believe I will be posting this review everywhere I can.

Danielle, Sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. There is nothing more frustrating than having electronics go bad, but unfortunately it does happen. Needed a 240v outlet installed for a new range. Sam and his helper showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and went to work. They were in and out in 30 minutes and did fantastic work. Very friendly, professional, and they have great rates. We will use them for all of our electrical needs in the future.
