  Friendly enough on the phone, but zero follow through. Instead of scheduling an appointment for an estimate, they asked me to take pics and describe project in a text, which I did in elaborate detail. They acknowledged receiving this and then...no call back. If you're too busy or job is too small, you need to communicate this. Would not recommend.

  I had Tommy come up to do an estimate to get electrical work done for a hot tub. He was very responsive and came up within a couple days of my request. He even came up a second time to snake some conduits and give me a more realistic estimate. While he was here he noticed a problem with the main power line coming into my house and told me he would put in the paperwork to PG&E and get me an estimate for that work also. Tommy was not here the day of the work but his guys were fantastic. I had Tyler, and Matt here the entire day working. They consulted with me when needed and worked very hard the entire day. They also took pride in their work and the work they did looked very professional and really flowed with the layout of my home. They also stayed late troubleshooting after PG&E failed to turn back on my gas line after their repair. I couldn't have asked for better service and more professional work.

  Thompson Electric arrived on time and got the job done quickly and within time and budget. Tommy had some excellent suggestions and came up with a better long-term fix to my problem than I had come up with myself. Highly recommended.
