  After waiting for another business to repair my heat system, I called Thompson Mech and they had Lonny out almost immediately. He assessed the damage and had my system fixed in short time. Thanks you Lonny & Thompsons!!

  I asked for recommendations for a HVAC company on a Hendersonville Facebook page, I was looking for a Veteran & family owned and operated business and an employee of Thompson Mechanical reached out to me. I called the following day, paid an $89 fee to inspect, that same day 5/20/2021 someone came out to inspect. Its been a week now since initial contact, and Im no closer to having my A/C issue resolved. Ive been waiting for a call or email from someone with a proposal and estimated costs. After a week of no contact, yesterday, 5/26/2021 iI called and left a message, I finally received a call back late that afternoon (im not used to begging someone to take my money, but there’s a first time for everything). I was told by Annette that I would receive the proposal today, 5/27, here it is, 7pm my house is a balmy 90 degrees and i still haven’t received a proposal. At this point Thompson mechanical wouldn’t get my business if They were giving away repairs.It’s unfortunate that they took my $89 and I received nothing for it, but lesson learned. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

  Sorry for the less than perfect experience and delayed  reply online (this customer received a phone call reply  the morning of 5-28-2021.)  For timeline purposes, the technician found an issue with the A/C on 5-20-2021. An appointment was made for 5-25-2021@11am (earliest available) on 5-20-2021. The Comfort Rep. arrived at the home on 5-25-2021@10:39am. Unfortunately, the proposal was not emailed until 5-28-2021@8:34am. This delay was caused by the need for a license holder's signature and verification of equipment availability. While we try to get our proposal turned around in 48 hours this can't always happen, especially now with possible equipment availability issues.

  Better than I could have hoped for. My A/C went down on Sunday afternoon. I called Thompson Mechanical at 8:15 Monday morning. They came and fixed the unit by noon. I called them due to my neighbors satisfaction with their maintenance. I'm glad I did and will use them without hesitation.
