  We have had a ton of work done at our house by Three Phase Electric. The work is impeccable, they are total professionals, and their prices are VERY reasonable. I would give them the highest recommendation. This is probably the first online review I have written in years, and I did so just because I read the negative reviews here and want to set the record straight. These guys are awesome.

  Expensive - Paid $200 to fix wiring to two bedrooms. The next day the lights went out again.

  In your condo the outlets are all daisy-chain connected - not using screws, but using springs. When we found where the break in the circuit was, we replaced that outlet and gave you a quote to change all the outlets . I explained this would happen again if they were not all replaced, but once this was fixed and up and running, you declined the additional work and the same issue happened at another outlet.
