  Scheduled an estimate with Dennis and he was no call/no show 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I called him for a status update and he stated "he lost track of time." I did not bother to request to reschedule since my time was not valued. A phone call would have been at least appreciated.

  After providing a quote and taking my deposit to install a power source to my outdoor fountain, Tice did not follow up and complete the job. After seven (7) months of excuses, I requested he refund my deposit. As of this writing and more excuses, he has not returned my refund. I now am turning to small claims court.

  We are beyond sorry for your bad experience with us and that we did not start or complete your project. The Owner Dennis Sr. will return your deposit immediately tomorrow morning. Again we are so sorry this happened and apologize that no one followed up or returned your deposit when you requested.

  Fantastic.Dennis really knew how to tackle the job. Great price. Found other underlying issues and gave me a great estimate. He definitely gained a customer for all my electrical needs.
