  I've always been impressed by how fast they get the power fixed, even in extreme weather conditions. Everyone I've dealt with in-person and over the phone has always been very courteous also. (I never thought of leaving a review, but saw these when I Googled for their # today. They had the latest outage fixed in under an hour this time, but when it's taken a lot longer there has always been a good reason in the cases I've experienced, like flooding or major storms.)

  They are on it like white on rice! Whenever there is an outage, outside of 07 when it was a massacre of downline and trees, they have it back up lickety split. I don't care for the fact that they recently hiked their prices again, what is that twice in 1 year. They do provide great service though.
