  Just completed a room addition to our condo in Wadwsworth. I had a basic design, but with their expertise with computer modelling the design was comprehensive and easy to understand which allowed us to easily obtain approval of the design from our HOA. Through out construction from 6/4/2021 to 9/28/2021, communication with Englert or their Project Manager was timely and effective. Eventough they were working thru then pandemic we never had any delays for material deliveries. Scheduling labor got a little dicey a few times. Eglert has a network of subs with many years of working together and we found all of subs to be excellent, except for the insulator. Being in a condo complex neatness of the jobsight was important and they did a good job of policing up the area frequently. It was good experience and a quality job was completed.   Outstanding work done by Tim and his entire team on a major master bath remodel. Tim's staff was very professional and courteous as were all of the tradesmen that were working on this project (painter, plumber, electrician, tile installer etc.) Always on time and kept commitments. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. Would recommend and will use again.

  Tim Englert Construction has done several major remodeling jobs in our home over the last 10 years. The projects have ranged from a complete bathroom remodel, putting in hard wood flooring in 3 rooms and 2 closets, to building a ventilated cigar room. Tim and his team are thorough in the planning phase, professional and meticulous during the work steps, and take steps to keep the work area contained so that it has not effected other areas of the house. We have be extremely satisfied with all our projects. I highly recommend Tim Englert Construction to anyone who is interested in any type of home remodeling project, from big to small.
