  MS.CHARLENE…this lady is an angel in human form!!! My son is active military and he is deployed and his vehicle was involved in an accident where his car was totally lost. I live in another state but after speaking to Ms.Charlene the very first time some of my frustrations seemed to ease away. Ms.Charlene followed through with the entire process of dealing with my son’s car and not one time did I have to miss time off work or come to this facility to handle any business she made the entire process very simple. Now a days you do not find a person who is willing to help and have such a sweet pleasant attitude while doing it!!! I pray one day to meet her face to face but know that if you are ever in the area where this facility is and need any type of tow this is the place because of a lady such as this. To the owner..:value who you have and take care of her because someone like her is a very hard find now a days!!! Thank you so very much Ms.Charlene keep being the amazing person that you are!!!
